Filter Pitch Bend (vuo.midi.filter.pitchBend)

Only lets a MIDI pitch bend pass through if its channel matches.

• Pitch Bend — An event into this port is blocked unless the port’s value matches the specified channel.
• Channel — Which channel to accept.
