Change Fullscreen Status (vuo.window.fullscreen)

Creates a Window Property that changes the fullscreen status of a window.

• Fullscreen — Upon receiving this property, the window will immediately become fullscreen if true or windowed (not fullscreen) if false.
• Screen — Which screen to use when fullscreen.
