RSS (vuo.rss)

Nodes for downloading RSS feeds from websites.

An RSS feed provides a series of content from a website. Often, this content consists of blog entries, news headlines, or other frequently updated information. With these nodes, you can retrieve content from an RSS feed, as an RSS reader/aggregator would do.

Example composition:

• Display RSS Items: Cycles through the items from the RSS feed for the Vuo composition gallery.

Nodes:

• Fetch RSS Items (vuo.rss.fetch): Loads or downloads an RSS feed from a URL.
• Find RSS Items by Author (vuo.rss.find.author2): Finds all RSS items in the list that have a certain author.
• Find RSS Items by Description (vuo.rss.find.description2): Finds all RSS items in the list that have a certain description.
• Find RSS Items by Title (vuo.rss.find.title2): Finds all RSS items in the list that have a certain title.
• Get RSS Item Values (vuo.rss.get): Gives information about an item in an RSS feed.
